Appetizer
Describe a toy you remember from your childhood. I remember my kitchen play set very vividly. It was a light butter-yellow color and was plastic. It had an "ice dispenser" in the door and was a top-freezer model. I vaguely remember it having brown "wood" stick-on accents somewhere on it. I remember the stove having an oven, sink, and cook top and a portion that was on stilts over the top where the microwave was. It was the same color scheme as the fridge. The microwave had a smoke-tinted translucent plastic door. The cook top was white and the "burners" were stickers. I also remember the plastic food - fruits and veggies, canned goods, stick butter, steaks, and other essentials. Very realistic, I tell you! When I see kitchen play sets today, mine looks like it came from 1893. So old and ugly!

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest) how observant are you? This is a hot topic in my household! I would say I am on a level of 8 or 9. Hubby would go with 2 or 3. I really think I notice pretty obscure things sometimes, but he says not.

Where would you rather be at this very moment? Home, on my couch with puppy-dude on my lap, reading Harry Potter between cat-naps.
Main Course
When was the last time you learned something new? Well, don't they say "you learn something new every day?" However, I mostly consider "learning something new" to be something you learn in an organized environment set up exclusively for learning, so I'd say it was when I took a Microsoft Excel Level Two course late last year.
